1. About Every Service
Every Service (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides pest control, mobile repair, and cleaning services in Ranchi, Jharkhand. By booking online, calling, WhatsApping, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service bookings
- Bookings can be made as a guest or through a registered account.
- Each confirmed booking receives a unique Request ID for tracking.
- Service availability, slots, and pricing may vary by location, date, and service type.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative unless marked as a flat rate. Final charges may include parts, materials, or inspection-based quotes.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, phone, address, and service details.
- Ensure safe access to the service location at the scheduled time.
- Share relevant information (pest type, phone model, tank access, etc.) for proper service delivery.
- Keep your Request ID confidential when sharing with third parties.
4. Professional visit & safety
Our team will attempt to arrive within the preferred slot. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or earlier jobs. Customers should follow safety instructions shared by technicians, especially for pest chemicals, electrical repairs, and water tank work.
5. Payments
Payment terms are confirmed at booking or on-site. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due after service completion or as agreed for AMC / package plans. Mobile repair service charge and parts pricing are communicated before work begins where possible.
6. Cancellations & rescheduling
You may request cancellation or rescheduling by phone, WhatsApp, or through your Request ID support channel. Same-day cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may attract a visit charge. See our Refund Policy for payment-related rules.
7. Warranty & limitations
- Warranty (if any) is service-specific and explained at booking or on the invoice.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden faults, or issues caused by misuse after service.
- Pest control results depend on property condition, hygiene, and follow-up visits as recommended.
8. Accounts & communication
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding bookings, offers, and support.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials belong to Every Service / authorized partners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
